Terms and Conditions
- All participants will be required to complete and sign an official Entry Form. By signing the Entry Form, you are agreeing to all the conditions of entry, especially that the organisers will not be liable for death, personal injury, loss or damage as a consequence of your participation in the Didsbury Fun Run 2009 (except where death or personal injury is caused by the organisers' negligence).
- If the participant is under 18, the entry form should be counter-signed, on behalf of the entrant, by the adult with parental responsibility. (It is up to the responsible adult to decide whether to accompany a young participant during the Run.)
- Entry Fee to be sent with the Entry form. Cheques should be made payable to 'DBCC Project'.
- You will be given a Race Number which must be worn at all times during the Run. Race Numbers are for identification and safety purposes and are not interchangeable. The Race Number should be returned to the Organisers after the Event.
- All runners must sign in prior to the start of the race.
- The event will only be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (including advice from the Police or First Aid personnel in attendance.). In such an eventuality all participants will be notified as soon as possible. Please note that the entry fee will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the Organisers. The Organisers' maximum liability in respect of all costs and expenses you may incur as a result of such cancellation or delay will be limited to the entry fee you have paid to take part in the event.

To help keep our costs to a minimum, if you want confirmation by post that we have received your entry please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. We will provide confirmation of receipt of entry by e-mail.
By entering the Didsbury Fun Run, you agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry and any instructions given to you by the organisers and officials of the Didsbury Fun Run 2009.
General
Medical Condition: It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure they are medically fit to participate in the event.
Dogs: Owing to the numbers of runners, and particularly children, taking part, bringing a dog on the run is discouraged. For the safety of all concerned anyone bringing a dog must keep it on a short lead for the duration of the run.
Data Protection:We undertake that any personal data we gather from you will be used for the purposes of the Didsbury Fun Run and will not be passed on to any other person or organisation.
